Good machine, but slow shipping

I purchased the Bartesian Professional Cocktail Maker during a holiday sale. The machine itself is quite good; it's easy to set up and the drinks taste pretty decent for something out of a capsule. However, the shipping took almost two weeks to get to me in California, which felt a bit long. Also, finding specific capsules in stock can sometimes be a challenge on the website. Overall, a solid product, but they could improve their logistics.

Got a good deal on capsules

I bought a few packs of the Margarita Capsules and Whiskey Sour Capsules. I was waiting for a sale and snagged them when they had a bundle discount. The per-capsule price was much better than buying individually. Shipping was free too since my order was over $50, which helped a lot. The drinks themselves were good for the price I paid, making it a worthwhile purchase for me.

Really liked the variety pack

Got the Variety Pack Capsules last week. Super easy to use with my friend's machine. The rum punch was actually pretty good! Made a few different drinks for a small get-together and everyone thought they tasted nice. Definitely makes entertaining simpler.

Capsule Carousel is a game changer!

Oh my gosh, I just received the Capsule Carousel and it's PERFECT! My counter was such a mess with all the different capsules, but now everything is so organized and looks fantastic. It spins smoothly and holds so many. My Bartesian setup is complete now. I'm already planning my next capsule order, maybe some Spicy Margarita Capsules! This accessory is a must-have!

Consistent quality, keeps me coming back

This was my fourth capsule order from Bartesian, and they continue to be reliable. I usually grab the Classic Collection Capsules and a few packs of the Espresso Martini Capsules. The quality of the drinks is always consistent, which is why I keep reordering. My first machine, the Bartesian Premium, has held up well over a year. I did notice this time that the packaging for the capsules seemed a little less robust than previous orders, with a few capsules slightly dented, though none were broken. Still, it's my go-to for easy cocktails.
